The Internet version of the Radiology Lab Management System will connect all your offices over the Internet and allows you to automatically synchronize all your business data. The product gathers detailed transaction data on a regular basis from each remote version of RLMS back to a central point at your headquarters and then coordinates the distribution and control of information throughout the network.

System Details

The system is built on distributed architecture represented in the diagram.

Data from individual transactions at each office is relayed over the Internet to the Server as often as desired, including each time an individual transaction occurs and the enter key is struck, or on demand with manual intervention at any time.

Data is transferred to the Headquarters RLMS, which is a special version of the program that has the ability to manage data from multiple labs simultaneously. This central point is where data interchange between RLMS and QuickBooks and other applications takes place.

RLMS seamlessly integrates detailed patient, procedure and financial data into your QuickBooks accounting system for your operational analysis, review, reporting and planning.

In addition, a single, central office can schedule appointments for multiple offices - creating a unique, local schedule at each location. Or, scheduling can be shared with each office having a different access right for scheduling privileges across the network.
